Cancellation Policy

We understand that it's not always possible to give 24hrs notice, but in fairness to other clients who may want that appointment time, please try to give us as much notice as possible. Feel free to leave a message on our answer phone or email us.

For "no-show" appointments or appointments cancelled on the day, a cancellation fee or loss of loyalty points may be charged.

For large appointment bookings, a payment of 50% may be required to be paid at the time of booking to ensure the appointment is held.

Salon Etiquette

Our Therapists are running on a tight schedule and as a part of The Beauty Room’s Terms of Trade, we ask you to please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment. This is also in case of any forms that may need to be filled out prior to your treatment.

For your convenience, we have complimentary carparks directly outside of our salon. There is also free 30minute on street parking nearby.
