Shipping

We courier orders via New Zealand Post to a physical address and require a signature for tracking purposes. Estimated delivery time is 3 — 5 business days, however, we recommend checking the New Zealand Post website for any shipping delays.

Shipping throughout New Zealand: $7.50

Our online store is available to New Zealand customers only.
We do not ship outside of New Zealand.

Pick Up Option

If you select to pick up your order from the salon, please allow 2 working days for your order to be ready for collection. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be collected.

If for any reason we are unable to have your order ready for collection after 2 working days, you will be notified via email with an update.

Pick up is only available during salon hours.

Thursday: 9am — 7:30pm

Saturday: 9am — 3pm
