My experience with The Beauty Room, Lower Hutt was amazing. I booked in a facial with Stacey, and it was incredible. More than I expected. I told her my concerns, she recommended some products and I had no pressure to purchase.

It was my birthday, I wasn't able to book in for a manicure on the day I booked my appointment, but mentioned to her during the appointment and she was able to fit me in. I left very happy and satisfied. Would definitely recommend.

I had a voucher for a facial so I booked with Shakyra and I was hooked! She gave me the most incredible first facial - I could not believe what I had been missing! Fast forward through a year of absolute personal chaos - a baby and a wedding, Shakyra has taken care of my skin every step of the way. She listens to my feedback and alters my products accordingly! I trust her completely and cannot believe my skin results!
